  • 1994
    Winsson Enterprises Co., Ltd. was established.
  • 1994~1999
    Winsson's Taipei, Taiwan plant output totaled NT$1.5 billion in accumulated sales over the first 5 years of operations with a workforce that expanded to 400 employees.
  • 2000
    In order to establish a second base of production Winsson invested NT$50 million to build a plant in the Export Bonded Zone in Kunshan City, Jiangsu Province, China.
    The land area was 1,000 ping (36,000 ft2) and the factory production area was 800 ping (28,000 ft2).
  • 2001
    Winsson's Kunshan plant was formally established and began operations.
    Kunshan Zhongding Electronic Co., Ltd. was the first factory in the Kunshan Export Bonded Zone to begin production operations and commence shipment of goods.
    That same year our overs overseas power products customer chose to form a strategic production and marketing alliance with Winsson.
  • 2002
    Winsson invested an additional NT$150 million to expand the Kunshan plant to 4,500 ping (160,000 ft2) of land area and 2,000 ping (71,000 ft2) of factory floor space.
  • 2003
    Within the Power Products Business Unit Winsson vertically integrated by in-sourcing the production of high and low frequency transformers, thereby reducing costs for major components.
  • 2004
    Winsson invested NT$75 million to set up an automated SMD / AI production department increasing production efficiency.
  • 2000~2004
    Winsson's accumulated sales over this 5-year period totaled NT$2.5 billion, which represents a 70% increase over the previous 5-year period. The workforce had grown to 800 employees.
  • 2005
    Formally began cooperation with a global brand leader in video and audio equipment and became the only authorized production facility in Asia.
  • 2006
    Winsson invested another NT$100 million in the Kunshan facility, doubling the factory production area to 4,000 ping (142,000 ft2).
    Winsson's global workforce had grown to 1,200 employees.
  • 2008
    For the fourth time in 8 years Winsson expanded the Kunshan factory floor space, increasing it to 6,000 ping (213,000 ft2).
    Additionally, Winsson established Kunshan Zhongding Appliance Co., Ltd exclusively for production of the video and audio products.
  • 2005~2009
    The Winsson Group's accumulated sales over this 5-year period totaled NT$9.5 billion, a four-fold increase over the previous 5-year period.
    Total global workforce had expanded to 1,600 employees. Additionally, Winsson weathered the 2009 global financial crisis.
  • 2010
    Since the Kunshan factory capacity was insufficient to handle customer order volume requirements, Winsson established a new base of production at its Taipei, Taiwan headquarters to share capacity.
  • 2011
    Due to the expanding scale of production Winsson invested NT$240 million to build a new factory in the Hefei Export Processing Bonded Zone in Hefei City, Anhui Province, China. Hefei Songmao Technology Co., Ltd. and Hefei Songmao Appliance Co., Ltd. were ormally established.
    The plant land area was 5,000 ping (178,000 ft2), and the factory production floor space area was 7,000 ping (249,000 ft2). 
  • 2012
    Construction was completed on the Hefei plant, the company's third base of production.
  • 2013
    Hefei Songmao Technology Co., Ltd. formally began production.
  • 2010~2014
    The Winsson Group's sales for this 5-year period totaled NT$20 billion, a 100% increase over the previous 5-year period.
    Total global workforce had expanded to 1,800 employees.
  • 2014
    Annual sales for the Winsson Group set a 20-year record high, breaking through the NT$4.5 billion mark.
  • 2014~2015
    Implementing a manufacturing execution system (MES) to enable completely automated, real-time traceability and optimize performance.
  • 2018~2020
    Investing NT$360 million to upgrade corporate headquarters offices and expand the Taipei factory.

2010
Winsson Group split into 3 major business units:​
  • Power Products Business Unit accounted for 45% of the Group’s sales
  • Video & Audio Equipment Business Unit accounted for 35% of the Group’s sales
  • Commercial / Industrial OEM Business Unit accounted for 20% of the Group’s sales
2011
  • Implemented of ASDC’s Tip-Top ERP system to optimize internal corporate operations.
  • Engaged an American management consultant to implement world-class supply chain management for directing 2,000+ suppliers and carrying out effe
2012
    Engaged KPMG, one of the Big 4 international accounting firms, and began to set up auditing and controls for corporate internal operations and bring financial reporting in line with international accounting standards.
2013
  • Expanded the Product Design Department from 20 engineers to 40 engineers in order to provide even more complete engineering and technical support.
